1. Scope and Provider

(1) These Terms of Service apply to the use of services and products offered by WowPlugins ("we", "us"), especially the access to software updates and technical support for our plugins.

(2) WowPlugins acts as a technical service provider and developer.

2. Contracting Party

(1) Important note on contract conclusion: The purchase contract for our licenses (Update and Support Subscriptions) is not concluded directly with WowPlugins.

(2) WowPlugins handles the technical provision of the purchased services (downloads, updates, support).

3. Subject Matter & Licensing Model (GPL Compliance)

(1) No sale of software usage rights: The plugins distributed by WowPlugins (e.g., WowGallery) are Open Source Software and are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). WowPlugins does not sell proprietary usage rights to the software.

(2) Update and Support Subscription: The subject matter of the contract is exclusively the purchase of access (license key) to our technical support as well as regular software updates for a defined duration (usually 1 year from purchase).

(3) Lifetime Usage: The software itself can be used indefinitely and without functional restrictions regardless of the validity of the license key. However, after the booked period expires, the claim to technical support and the download of updates expires.

4. Payment Terms and Right of Withdrawal

(1) All prices are net prices plus the applicable statutory value-added tax, unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed via invoice.
